Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

• Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

• You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

Once your return request is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and make it right.
All damages must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

• Tailored or made-to-order products

• Custom fixing systems

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
